The House by the River

This project site presented some intense and specific slope challenges. Still, the family wanted to create an outdoor space with a two-car garage, grilling space, a dining area, a fireplace and water feature, in addition to a children's lawn and recreation area.
What do you do when a client's landscape vision means cutting into the side of a rocky slope? You fulfill that vision by creating a unique and personal space through a thoughtful design process that makes a connection between the project site and the existing architecture.
Sanctum gave the clients a final product that balanced lifestyle needs against the real-world demands of site and budget.
