Distinctive architecture requires distinctive outdoor design. The homeowners craved leisurely space for outdoor grilling and dining with friends and family, but they also needed their design to pass Historical Society design review.

Fencing and architectural elements were designed to complement the home's style, creating interesting textures without a "matched" feel.

Sanctum's design added to the existing outdoor living space; project scope included a fireplace and outdoor grilling cook space, a pool, Jacuzzi and sunbathing area. Whether the day or evening event calls for splashy entertainment or a quiet retreat, the cozy retreat provides all the privacy necessary to get away from it all.
