The client wanted to enhance their kitchen and garage space while creating additional space for their guests. Sanctum created a unique yet functional kitchen that fit the needs of a cooking family. We also created additional space for storage and laundry areas to accommodate a large family. For additional garage and guest space we created a separate 3 car garage structure with a guest suite and fitness area above. This structure was connected to the main house through a breezeway. Finally the outdoor landscape was enhanced to reflect the interior improvements.
