Atlanta's Buckhead neighborhood is known for both its trendy nightlife and upscale living. Among Buckhead's premier urban communities is 8 Honours Avenue, a development featuring high-end townhomes echoing the Boston Brownstone era.

The Honours' design challenge was to mask adjacent property issues typical of non-renovated urban properties. To offset the negative off-site views, the Sanctum design team created a center courtyard with a fountain pergola to draw the eye into the property. And when an arrangement of trees and distinctive walls were added to the mix, homeowners were immediately transported to a peaceful urban neighborhood complete with sidewalks and shops within walking distance.
